A motion was made and seconded to approve the minutes of January 14, 2009.

A motion was made and seconded to table any discussion on the Open Space Management Initiative until the March meeting of the Commission.

A motion was made and seconded to have a booth at the Pitkin Center on April 25, 2009 between 11:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. which will be staffed by Mr. Pulford and Mr. Schumaker.
